The Wellspring Soul Healing Savasana is a powerful and relaxing healing gift you give yourself, as you lay down and receive, golden energy which facilitates deep healing infused with a easy to follow guided meditation which is, extremely restorative & rejuvenating, and peaceful.
This intimate group space is loving held by your facilitator so that your soul's healing experience is aligned with your individual needs.
Participants feel lighter and rejuvenated post session.
